This ring is a one-of-a-kind for us. This was made as a custom sample for an actress on a television show as one of 2 choices for her, and she ended up choosing the alternate ring, so we have this ONE sample left in size 7.
This ring is SO unique and makes quite a big statement. The center stone is a large 16 X 12mm rectangle shape with rounded off corners. This semi-precious stone is called Howlite. Howlite is a beautiful opaque white stone, which represents the spiritual qualities of stillness, tenderness, and open-mindedness. It is named after Henry How, the scientist who brought this crystal stone to academic awareness in 1868, after finding deposits of the crystal in Nova Scotia. Oddly enough it looks nothing like a crystal. It looks more like a small piece of marble, with the solid white background and subtle gray veins running through it in certain places. This unique stone has a 4-prong setting and it sits slightly above the synthetic “diamond” halo border that surrounds it. These small, round stones in the halo continue to travel halfway down the side of the band as well. The white stone is set off so well by the pink gold setting. This is a stunner for sure!
