The heartbeat rhythm design became very popular about a year ago when it became a symbol of love that one friend or family member gave to another to show that they were joined in the heart. But over the course of 2020 this design also became a symbol of appreciation to give to anyone working on the front lines and helping patients with Covid. (In fact the owner gave one to her niece, when she graduated as a licensed R.N. recently.) So this makes an excellent gift for any nurse or doctor too. It measures 1″ across and just shy of a half-inch tall at the highest point. The entire heartbeat is covered in approximately 30 small shining synthetic diamonds. It hangs between both sides of the dainty chain that can be worn at 16.5″, 17.5″ or 18.5″, depending on which of the three loops you lock the spring-ring lock into in back. This piece is made out of nickel-free sterling silver, which is sealed in rhodium-platinum to resist tarnishing when cared for properly.
