Description

This deco design is reminiscent of a classic estate look from the 1940’s. Many pieces in our vintage, estate line were inspired by the magnificent and intricate designs by world renowned designer to the stars, Harry Winston. The beautiful face of this pendant measures just over 1/2″ wide in an octagonal rectangle shape. It drops down just under a full inch from the chain as it hangs from a shank loop that is covered in stones. The center is set with an 8 X 6mm (1.75 carat) synthetic emerald in the center in an emerald step-cut shape, which is set into a thin beaded bezel frame. The beaded bezel-setting is a classic look that you’ll see in many fine genuine jewelry pieces from big estate sales.

Beyond the center stone you will find an 8-sided double border framing it, with the outer frame being made up of 32 tiny trapezoid and rectangle shaped emerald green spinel baguettes. The inner frame is made up of 18 more of these same stones in the clear man-made, synthetic “diamonds”. Each frame is separated by another subtle and tiny beaded bezel halo, making each part of this earring really stand out and give off a very vintage, estate vibe.

The setting is sterling silver that has been sealed in rhodium-platinum to resist tarnishing when cared for properly. This is quite beautiful and has a matching ring and pair of stud earrings until our supply of these pieces last. This slides on a delicate chain that can be worn at any length between 16-18″ long, depending on which loop you put the spring-ring lock into along the chain in the back.
